    HR Series: Module 3 & 4

    September 29 & 30, 2026 - Double Tree Downtown, Toronto

    Module 3: Indigenous Employee Effectiveness and Capacity Building - This workshop will provide foundations for supporting your employees along their performance management experience. Topics covered include assessing, forecasting, and building organizational capacity; developing a learning culture; training; and managing employee performance.

    Module 4: Module Three - Indigenous Employee Effectiveness and Capacity Building. The session provides an overview of compensation, benefits, and total rewards, while offering practical examples and best practices to help management develop effective compensation strategies and benefits packages.

    October 20 & 21, 2026 - Water Tower Inn, Sault Ste. Marie

    Budgeting Forecasting and Variance Analysis - Fundamental knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, with a focus on their importance in effectively and efficiently managing an organization’s financial affairs.

    Planning for the External Audit - Understanding the external financial statement audit process, including preparation, minimizing issues, and managing audit costs.
