We are pleased to invite you to AFOA Ontario’s Politics of Ethical Decision Making for Indigenous Leaders Workshop, taking place in Toronto on November 18–19, 2025, at the Chelsea Hotel.

This two-day in-person workshop is designed for AFOA Ontario members, elected leadership (Chiefs and Councillors), senior management (band managers and directors), governance professionals, and staff supporting decision makers. It is also ideal for those pursuing the Certified Indigenous Leader (CIL) designation. Participants will explore culturally grounded frameworks, real-world case studies, and strategies to navigate complex political and ethical decisions in Indigenous governance.

We have secured a block of rooms at the Chelsea Hotel Toronto for workshop participants.
