AFOA Ontario’s two-day HR Workshop Series is designed to strengthen human resources capacity in First Nations communities and organizations. Through two focused modules — Strategy & Leadership and The Employment Relationship & Employee Experience — participants will gain practical tools to align HR strategy with organizational goals, foster ethical leadership, navigate complex workplace challenges, and support employee engagement and retention. Ideal for HR professionals, band and program managers, and senior administrators.

October 9, 2025 — Virtual via Zoom

The AGM will include board elections, presentation of the annual report and audited financial statements, organizational updates and highlights, and engagement with members through a keynote address and panel presentation.
